Mr Steed has been involved in major projects both in the UK and in emerging markets. He has over 35 years experience in the Securities industry and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, The Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Ms. Memon has had a long and illustrious career spanning public service and private sector. Following a first degree in Computer Science at the University of Karachi, she undertook an MSc Economics, at Birkbeck College, London, and an MBA at Imperial College London. Naheed has remained a Director in her family-owned conglomerate, the Kings Group of Industries, Pakistan, overseeing its extensive growth and diversification. She has been the founder CEO of Advicia Consulting Limited, a consulting practice, she set up in London servicing international trade bodies, as well as large industrial clients in the oil and gas sector.
Naheed has also worked in Private Banking for Merrill Lynch, managing a multimillion book for clients in the MENA region. She has also been the CEO of Manzil Pakistan, a public policy think tank in Karachi working in a cross section of sectors, advocating for economic growth through informed policy. Ms Memon has served as the Chairman of the Sindh Board of Investment, Government of Sindh, for a number of years. In this position which was that of a provincial minister, she played a pivotal role in setting up SEZs, mobilising CPEC projects in multiple sectors, coordinating closely between Chinese and Pakistani counterparts, arranging FDI in multiple sectors in the province, facilitating investment in innovation, and improving the World Bank’s Doing Business Ranking as the province’s focal person. Naheed is also an adjunct faculty of Economics and Strategy at Pakistan s largest public sector business school, IBA, Karachi. She also sits as an independent director on the board of public sector companies in Pakistan.
Mr Migge has had a career in Investment Banking and Private Equity with a focus on energy and natural resources. He has an international background, having worked in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Post-graduation Mr Migge joined JP Morgan, where he executed capital markets and M&A transactions. He served as an Investment Manager at Alpinvest Capital Partners and as a Director of GE Capital in London. Subsequently, he worked in the UAE as a Principal in the Special Situations group at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, focused on the power sector. Mr Migge is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Pelletasia Holdings Pte Limited. Mr Migge has considerable international transaction experience, notably leading the acquisition of the power plants Lalpir and Pakgen in Pakistan, which was voted “Deal of the Year Asia”. In 2014, he was a founding investor and member of the sponsor team for the Reata Prospect, an on-going shale oil exploration project in the Permian Basin in the US. Mr Migge has also led investments in power projects in Iraq and coal mining restructuring projects in the US. He served in the Special Forces of the German Air Force and holds an MBA from Yale University.
Mr Lewis is a senior Coal Mine Manager with a wealth of experience having worked in the coal industry since the 1980s. Throughout his career he has focused on operational mine management and has developed a number of significant coal deposits, including United Colliery and Dartbrook Coal in the Hunter Valley in Australia. He was the Operations Manager at Oceanic Coal following its acquisition by Xstrata Coal in 1999 and continued to hold a number of senior roles with the company, culminating in his appointment as General Manager of Operations at Xstrata Coal in 2003. Here he held responsibility for six operating mines and several projects under construction, until his departure from the company in 2008. Mr Lewis was subsequently appointed as Managing Director of NuCoal Resources Ltd (ASX:NCR), overseeing the listing, capital raising, exploration and feasibility studies for a number of mining projects in the Hunter Valley.
Ashley Warden FCA BTech in Systems and Information Management, a finance based leadership figure with direct experience of managing private equity backed businesses. Ashley has operated at board level with several enterprises, variously at the level of MD or CFO. He has been involved in both start-ups and turnaround situations as well as improving performance within established concerns. Amongst responsibilities outside Oracle, he is currently acting as special projects to TorFX, a currency trading enterprise that is widely recognised as one of the most successful in the UK) having stepped down as FD following the successful sale to PE. He is a non-exec director at Workflow Management Ltd t/a Re-flow and recently involved with Supercapital Partners LLP. He has variously operated as an investor in a privative capacity, also with external investment groups. His experience extends to managing the shareholder exit transition process through trade sales or to other equity participants; he is skilled in both post acquisition integration exercises as well as managing the exit route. He has spent a number of years with a corporate finance house in London.
Mr. Mughal is an Operations Manager with versatile expertise.
With a first-class M.Sc degree in Geology, he has 12 years of experience in mineral exploration and developing project feasibilities. Out of the total of 12 blocks at Thar Coalfields, he has worked in 8 of them including Block VI (prime asset of Oracle Power PLC). He is actively involved in project development for Oracle in Pakistan since 2010. He has an excellent skill set to manage field works as well as corporate affairs.
He plays a vital role in Project Development. His core contribution includes project coordination, technical advisory (geological & infrastructural), and coordinating between government regulators and the senior team based in Karachi & London
